Increased latency event in eu-west-3

Our technical team investigated an event involving elevated image delivery times due to progressive latency degradation in the European region (eu-west-3, Paris). This issue was isolated to the European region — all other regions remained healthy and unaffected throughout.

The issue began today, 2026-03-25, around 9:00am ET / 14:00 CET / 13:00 UTC and was fully resolved by 1:00pm ET / 18:00 CET / 17:00 UTC. Error rates remained low throughout; the primary impact was slow image delivery rather than failed requests.
