AWS Issues in us-east-1

We are no longer seeing any of the effects of the AWS issue, and there was no customer-facing impact at all.

We will close this notice once we confirm that AWS has been fully restored in us-east-1.

AWS is experiencing significant issues in the us-east-1 region today. ScientiaMobile and ImageEngine operate across multiple providers and regions, so the impact on our services has been minimal. We are monitoring the situation closely and may shift traffic away from this region if conditions worsen.

Currently, the only effect is a delay in some log data delivery under limited circumstances. This has no effect on over 95% of our users.
