In response to recently disclosed PHP security vulnerabilities, we have accelerated the launch of our new Customer Vault at https://my.scientiamobile.com and retired the existing PHP-based version.

Since we released the updated Customer Vault early, we expect there will be various minor bugs, but core functionality is working correctly. Updates will continue to this project rapidly as we improve functionality and add features.

Due to instability in the Middle East Regions we are serving this traffic from nearby regions.

We are no longer seeing any of the effects of the AWS issue, and there was no customer-facing impact at all.
